Overview
Fashion Nova is a global fashion brand known for bold, trend-driven apparel and high-impact marketing. As part of the interview process for a Design Manager role, I was asked to complete a test project demonstrating how I would lead and elevate design across brand marketing channels—spanning digital, print, and team management.

Objective
Showcase my ability to drive creative consistency, manage design workflows, and develop on-brand visual content for social media, email campaigns, and print. The goal was to demonstrate design leadership, team oversight capabilities, and a sharp eye for translating fast-moving fashion trends into scroll-stopping, conversion-focused creative.

My Role

- Design Manager (Interview Test Project)
- Developed a mock creative campaign that illustrated visual direction across social, email, and print
- Demonstrated how to lead junior and senior designers in producing cohesive, high-performing assets

- Delivered campaign-ready visuals with clear rationale on layout, typography, and brand voice
- Brought a multi-disciplinary perspective, incorporating design, photo editing, and content thinking
